Who we are

Lifestyle Nutritions is operated by WoW Services B.V., Cannenburgh 10, 1121 DZ Landsmeer, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce/KvK 34249792, VAT NL815900168B01). We are the controller for the personal data described on this page. For any privacy question or request, email support@lifestylenutritions.com.

What we collect

Newsletter: your email address, your chosen language, and the timestamps of your signup and confirmation. Nothing else.

Contact: if you email us, we receive whatever you choose to send.

Browsing: the site has no accounts and builds no profiles. Our hosting provider processes technical data (such as your IP address) in short-lived logs needed to run and secure the site.

Payments: the shop does not yet process orders or payments. When checkout launches, this policy will be updated first.

Why we process it

The newsletter is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. Answering your messages and keeping the site secure are based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Double opt-in

A newsletter signup only becomes active after you click the confirmation link we email you. That click is our proof of your consent. Signups that are never confirmed are deleted automatically after 30 days.

Cookies and device storage

We use one cookie: NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers the language you chose. Your shopping cart and the "newsletter popup dismissed" flag are stored in your browser's local storage and are never transmitted to us.

There are no analytics, no advertising trackers and no third-party cookies on this site. That is why you see no cookie banner: everything we store on your device is strictly necessary for a function you asked for.

Who processes data for us

Vercel (hosting): our server code runs in Dublin, EU. Vercel is a US company certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; its global content delivery network may route traffic outside the EU.

Supabase (database): our data is stored in Dublin, Ireland, safeguarded by EU standard contractual clauses.

Resend (email delivery): a US provider certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Your email address is processed in the United States when we send you mail.

We have data processing agreements with each of these providers. We never sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe — unsubscribing deletes your address immediately and permanently; we keep no archive. Unconfirmed signups are deleted after 30 days. Email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle your request.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time — email support@lifestylenutritions.com and we will respond within one month.

Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link. Clicking it deletes your address from our list on the spot.

Complaints

If you believe we handle your data incorrectly, you can complain to the Dutch supervisory authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl) or to the data protection authority of your own EU country.

Changes

We publish updates to this policy on this page. If a change materially affects how we use newsletter data, we will announce it by email first.
